We only deliver within the United Kingdom. Shipping is free for all orders.

Shipping Process

Thank you for your order! Please expect an order confirmation email shortly (check all folders if you do not see it in your primary one).

It takes us 1-2 business days (Monday - Sunday) to prepare your order for dispatch. Then please allow additional 5-7 business days (Monday - Saturday) before the order reaches you.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you your order tracking information. You can then use our tracking page to keep an eye on your order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be modified or cancelled free of charge before the order dispatch email is sent. You may do so by sending us an email to info@kidlova.com

If your order has already been shipped, please follow the return policies indicated above that correspond to the reason for your return.

Delayed Shipments

If at least 2 business days have passed since the scheduled delivery date, please contact our customer service department by e-mail at info@kidlova.com and allow us at least 5 days to investigate the location of the item with the courier.

Damaged Shipments

If the products in your order are damaged, including packaging, or faulty, please contact us directly by e-mail at info@kidlova.com within 48 hours of receipt.

In the aforementioned case, you will have 30 days to return these products and obtain a refund or replacement. This period begins on the day following receipt of your order;
You will not be charged for return shipping costs. Send us an e-mail at info@kidlova.com to report the problem and obtain the return label.
