1. Are your toys safe for newborns?

Our toys are carefully designed with soft, gentle materials suitable for little ones. Please refer to individual product pages for specific age recommendations.

2. How do I know which toys are right for my baby’s age?

Each product includes an age recommendation. You can also shop by age group using our filters or visit our “Shop by Age” section.

3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please email us at info@kidlova.com as soon as possible.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.

5. Why was my payment declined?

Payment can be declined for various reasons, such as incorrect card details or insufficient funds. Please double-check your information, or try a different payment method.

6. Will I receive a confirmation email after ordering?

Yes! Once your order is placed, you'll get an instant confirmation email. A second email will follow once your order has shipped.

Shipping & Returns

1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the UK —no minimum spend required.

2. How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Sunday). After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days (Monday–Saturday).

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped, so you can track your parcel every step of the way.

3. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not fully satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it — completely free.

4. How do I start a return?

5. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 working days. You’ll be refunded to your original payment method.
